            Basic Powder Coating Class Includes
- Instructional classroom setting for all the basic information on powder coating. 
- Test your skills and technique in our powder shop with our parts. 
- Powder coat your parts in our shop. 
What's Included
- Instructional guidelines and basic powder coating knowledge on preparing parts and different powders to use. 
- Powder Doctor access for questions, problems, or help in coating your parts at home or with us after the class. 
- Powder Doctor shirt. 
- Patented folding clipboard from clipboards.com (engraved with your name) that you will powder coat as part of the class. 
- We'll contact you after registration to review your parts and answer any questions you may have about the class. 
 
                 
                Guidelines for parts that can be brought to class
- 2 bare metal objects only, no wood, plastics or glass. 
- Objects up to 24 x 24 inches. 
- You must be able to carry the object(s) in and out of the shop. 
- If your object needs stripping or blasting, please call us to discuss. 
- We will need to see pictures of your objects that you want to powder coat prior to class. Please send us pictures at Info@staging.powderdoctor.com. 
How the Day will Work
              Classroom instruction begins at 9:00 am with breaks every 45 minutes until lunch at noon. Coffee and pastries provided for the morning session.
Lunch will be on your own from 11:30-1 pm with many local places to pick from. In shop instruction begins at 1 pm on preparing test parts for you to coat and then coating your own.
Finish coating your parts and final questions by 2:30 pm.
This instructional class will give you all the information on basic powder coating whether residential or commercial.
